    Our homes are constructed using stronger 2×6 studs instead of the standard 2×4, and they are placed 16 inches apart, offering greater stability compared to the usual 24 inches.

    Absolutely! You can schedule a visit to our modular factory at a time that suits you. Valley Custom Homes will arrange for a guided tour with a knowledgeable factory representative.

  • What Does This Price Quote NOT Include? Can the Job Be Done Totally Turnkey, Including the Building Permit Cost?

    Unlike some dealers and builders who may initially quote a lower price and then add essential costs later, we strive for transparency in pricing. We can discuss providing a fully turnkey project, including the costs of building permits.
