Over the past several months you and your staff have constructed a new home for my wife Jane and I. Normally, this can be a trying effort. Negotiating the contract was perhaps the most difficult, because every detail and decision must be made in advance and become a part of the contract agreement. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
The level of professionalism demonstrated by the office staff and your construction workers was outstanding. I am truly amazed at the empowerment granted to your construction workers. It was as if they were building the home for the customer and did not have to be granted permission by company to do remedial work.
As you are aware I am a retired banker and have had years of experience in lending and observing the housing industry. Yes, there was a time when I would not have considered modular construction; but not today. We feel that the quality for the dollar spent could only have been achieved through modular construction. We were impressed with Manorwood as the builder. Our home was a prototype and for the most part was a totally new build for the manufacturer. They came through with flying colors.
To you, your father, the office staff and each of the Valley Homes construction team members, we express our sincere thanks for a job well done and to each of you our best wishes for your continued success. Please fell free to share our feelings with others as you may desire.

Things happened so fast at the closing table that I never got a chance to say "thank you" for such a beautiful house. We appreciate all the extra touches you added, recessed lighting, finished attic, huge bonus room, and the beautiful tile and counter top.
